Concrete patio transformed with Floor Shield in Castle Rock, CO

Eva enjoys spending summer days on her backyard patio with her dog. Unsightly cracks and stains were taking away from her enjoyment so she called Floor Shield. Eva chose the light Badlands flake to go with her Floor Shield 100% Polyaspartic Coatings.

The Floor Shield of Castle Rock team got to work diamond grinding and filling cracks/holes in the concrete to give it the best foundation for a lasting coating. Next they coated the vertical stairs and sidewalls and then the entire surface giving it an almost "Italian stone" look which will stay cool in the summer and clean up in a snap with a hose.

Floor Shield also uses a proprietary non-slip aggregate in their clear coat that exceeds OSHA standards using the DCOF Test (Dynamic Coeffecient of Friction) test. Floor Shield anti-slip testing showed 151% of Dry Requirement and 207% of Wet Requirement.
